"The product I received, is not as usual. It is runny, like it was melted. I order this product all the time from Amazon, and it has never been like this. Was it spoiled. I usually love this product, as it is my favorite, but the jar I just received seems spoiled. Usually it makes my hair lay down and makes it look sleek. This jar did nothing to lay my hair down or make it look moisturized. Very runny. I would like to return and request a refund if possible,"
