Giveaway Rules
For 30 days, Design Essentials® will select one winner each day to receive $1,000. Participation is free and open to eligible U.S. residents who follow the entry requirements outlined below.
How to Enter
To participate:
- Follow @DesignEssentials on Instagram or TikTok.
- Respond to the weekly giveaway prompt posted on either platform.
- Tag the individual or organization you would "Pay It Forward" to, if applicable.
- Share the giveaway post or your response to your Stories.
New prompts will be posted weekly and entries will be accepted through Friday at 5:00 PM EST each week.
Prize Details
- One (1) winner will be selected each day during the promotion period.
- Each winner will receive $1,000 USD.
- A total of thirty (30) prizes will be awarded.
- Total prize value: $30,000 USD.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by a panel designated by Design Essentials based on the originality, emotional impact, authenticity, and overall alignment of their response with the spirit of the campaign.
All winner selections are final.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @DesignEssentials account.
Potential winners must respond within twelve (12) hours of notification.
Failure to respond within the allotted timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia
- Be at least eighteen (18) years old
- Maintain active follows of @DesignEssentials on Instagram and TikTok through winner verification
Employees of McBride Research Laboratories, Inc., affiliated agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
Previous winners of a Design Essentials® $1,000 a Day Giveaway are not eligible.
Content & Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Design Essentials permission to use submitted responses, social media handles, names, likenesses, photos, videos, testimonials, and related content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Design Essentials reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
- Contain inappropriate or offensive content
- Violate platform guidelines
- Are fraudulent, automated, or deceptive
