"I sent an email asking if I can return item when it arrives, is this possible? I never receieved a response from customer service. My stylist informed me that I ordered the wrong product and it needed to be a more hydrating creamy leavin for 4C hair. I reached out to customer service to try to reverse the order to no avail. Can someone respond here to let me know if returning upon arrival is possible?"
