"I would love to review this item but it was never delivered to me nor the other two almond and avocado items I purchased. the only item in the box that was delivered to me was a wrapping lotion mousse that I DID NOT ORDER. I called the customer service number 5x and left two voicemails and never got a a call back so I had to dispute this order with my bank to get my money back. Maybe if you all send the actual products that paying customers paid for then a review of the product could be posted but sadly that wasn't the case for me. DO BETTER!"

The task of finding hair products for my 4-type natural hair had begun, and I was about 3 products in when I tried Design Essentials, specifically the Almond and Avocado line for wash (moisture and protein), condition, and deep conditioning. I haven’t switched to anything else, and I don’t plan to. The search is over. I absolutely love the fact that this company is Black-owned. Long live Design Essentials!"
